Blanc des Cabanes is a truly surprising wine thanks to its maturing for 6 months under the sea of the Bassin d'Arcachon, on the French Atlantic coast. The idea was born by associating oyster farming and wine making. During aging, the bottles are decorated with small clams, baby oysters, and seaweed. It is the blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, has the straw yellow colour, strong exotic fruit aromas, minerals, soft texture and fruity flavours.
