I have used this product regularly for the last two years and have no issues with it. Got Covid and this literally saved me from dehydration for the month I was bedridden with high fever and unable to eat or drink often. I was very surprised about the negative reviews that I was reading they seem to encompass three things. The first is that the product formulation has changed, I am also an Amazon seller and an avid fan of Amazon purchasing and I have noticed that in my capacity as business manager that due to supply chain issues things are constantly going in and out of stock or the product is changing. I’ve tasted the old one and I’ve tasted the new one and I have no complaints.The second issue people note most often is that their package is damaged. This is because of Amazon delivery as well as the Amazon warehouses. You can pack it as well as you like and the fact of the matter is 100s of pounds of boxes are placed on top of some thing that is typically packed into a bubble mailer it will break. Is this the company‘s fault no. The fault lies with Amazon once again.The third frequent complaint that I was reading in my research involves taste. This is not Gatorade with its 28 to 40 g of sugar. At most this product has 2 g of sugar compared to other hydration solutions that have anywhere from 8 g of sugar to 11 g of sugar. It does contain Stevia which gives a little bit of sweetness but if you are looking for a product that taste like Gatorade you should buy Gatorade. It won’t help you with your hydration all that much and it will raise your blood sugar into unhealthy levels but Gatorade is definitely sweet. This is a type of medicine and should be treated as such. If you are strictly Keto yes you shouldn’t eat any sugar, add any amount of sugar will cause you to start craving things. Not the best choice for intermittent fasting especially if you’re only eating one meal a day. However for the rest of us who are taking a sensible diet and exercise plan instead of frequently starving our body and putting it into a state of shock it is a fantastic tool in the hydration arsenal. I love it because I can take these tablets with me on vacation and there’s no messy packets that burst at awkward opportunities. It’s a lot smaller than hydration packets are typically so that is a big point of convenience to me and I keep one on me all of the time in my purse in just a little plastic bag just in case I’m on the road and I need it . My entire family uses this regularly for hot days or days where we are outside for a good portion of the day, camping, fishing, vacations. There are people who will complain about anything but as a consumer I have nothing to complain about with this hydration solution.I used to suffer from headaches pretty regularly. Especially in pregnancy. I'm currently 20 weeks pregnant and drink one Nuun tablet daily to prevent headaches, help stay hydrated, and keep my blood pressure ideal. They work great for these purposes. I haven't had any headaches since I started this regime. They're also amazing for hangover prevention if you're someone who occasionally has more than a drink or two and doesn't want to feel like death the next day. 2 of these before bedtime does the trick. All in all, these are very useful tablets!In terms of electrolytes, Nuun is very comparable to all the other electrolyte options out there. I have tried a lot of different types as a triathlete over the years, and Nuun is definitely towards the top in terms of flavor. When I thru-hiked the Pacific Crest Trail, I brought Nuun, and the bit of effervescence made me feel like I was drinking a special drink. Overall great product, but you do pay for the convenience of use (individual tablets per 16 oz water).Tried a bunch of different electrolye brands and nuun is my favorite. Easy to travel with or throw in my gym bag. Low on sugar. Flavors aren't necessarily the most delicious thing ever but I do like them. When I first tried nuun lemon lime was my favorite but I'm a little over it now. Surprisingly have been enjoying orange as well as tri-berry. Sometimes i mix and match the flavors too.I'm not a fan of sports drinks, but these I can tolerate and are great for days with multiple games or long practices when I need to be replenishing my electrolytes. I recommend them to all the athletes I coach and play with.I like this product. The tablets dissolve quickly and all the way. There is a slight carbonation. The colder it is the less salty taste there is. The best part NO SUGAR. Just stevia. No after taste. Also comes out a lot cheaper than Gatorade without the 34 grams of added sugar.These seem to work very well when I do heavy cardio. The only two negatives are that they are too large to fit in the top of bottled water so they must be broken up, and they have a salty taste. Honestly, if I found something that was easier to put in bottled water I would probably buy that instead.All in all, I do believe these things works. I have been much more conscious of hydration after getting severely ill from dehydration.Originally, these were to help prevent hangovers, which they did most of the time. I would drink one before, during, and after my day/night out and they did the trick! Minimal hangovers (or at least not full hangovers). I love that they are low sugar and easy transportation as well as in a sturdy case. I tried other powder packet mixes and once one rips open in your backpack or pocket, you never want to deal with them again. I prefer drip-drop over them but the price per unit on these is much better. However, I do think Drip-Drop is faster acting and more noticeable.Main reasons I dropped a star is because the large price increase and Tropical flavor taste change.It used to be my favorite flavor, but now it almost leaves a plastic aftertaste which I am not a fan of.I used to love nuun tablets. The new formulation is horridly sweeter with a nasty lingering aftertaste - not at all refreshing.Since I (stupidly) bought the new ones rather than the old ones (though it looks as if, from reviews of the original still for sale on Amazon that people are being shipped the new stuff anyway), I can't send them back as unusable, so I'm currently planning to try some other competing brands instead.This lot will likely be going to green recycling. Sorry - but nuun, oh dear, *what* have you gone and done?! :( :(Not what they used to be. Have been using these for about a decade but will no longer use them. More expensive/Less in the tube/ Take longer to dissolve/best flavours no longer available. They also used to taste great but are now difficult to drink. Very disappointing. SUPER RECOMENDADORicos sabores, se mezclan rápidamente, lo único raro es que 2 de los tubos venian abiertos ??‍? No sé si quizá pasa por aduana y lo abrieron. La caja estaba sellada.
