I have a large assortment of sewing patterns and trade sized paperbacks.My loves are sewing and reading.These bags fit McCalls sewing patterns perfectly. (McCalls are a little wider than other sewing patterns.)It also fits Simplicity and Butterick with room to spare.If you have a bunch of 5.5" x 8.5" or 6" x 9" trade sized paperbacks, they also fit perfectly in these envelopes.The first time I ordered cellophane bags, these didn't even come up in the search feature.They are cellophane, a thicker cellophane with seams at the side.Those seams make it slightly more difficult to fit large numbers of paperbacks in the same box together, but it's worth it to have the larger size that will fit 6" x 9" trade sized paperbacks. :)
