It is raised in a natural environment with low fat content, tender meat and rich flavor. The beef is slaughtered and aged locally, then transported to the port and then dried and aged in city’super’s aging cabinets. Only 10kg available per cattle. It is juicy, tender & fine marbling and also great balance of fat and meat.
