Fantastic mold!!I bought this because of a treat I saw on Pinterest. I wanted to be one of those awesome parents who actually does a DIY treat for their kid's classroom at Christmas time! :-D So I ordered this bad boy and waited anxiously.I used those striped peppermint candies that you can find in any Dr office or waiting room. I put them in a ziplock and crushed them, poured them into the molds, and baked in the oven. Now because of the way the molds are shaped and how thin the handles are, halfway through baking I needed to add more crushed candy to make sure they filled completely. Nothing wrong with the mold itself though. I love that even if candy leaked out of the mold, it just wiped off so the spoon shapes stayed nice and neat looking.Once I pulled them out, they cooled super fast! Love silicone! Then again because silicone molds are awesome, the spoons popped out easily with only a couple breaking. I made extra anyway, so no biggie.The molds are super easy to clean! I just took a damp cloth and wiped them off, then stuck it in the top rack of the dishwasher. No muss no fuss!Thanks to this awesome silicone spoon mold, I was able to send awesome, adorable yummy treats for my daughters whole classroom for Christmas!I'll probably do it again this year, and I'm going to buy a couple more molds now that I know they work so fantastically.
