Wilton Skeleton Bones Candy Mold - Halloween Chocolate & Candy Making Kit for DIY Treats, Party Decorations, and Spooky Desserts

Very nice product. My children used this mold to make faux sugar skulls for our Dia De Los Muertos celebration. It worked well with the Wilton brand candy melts that we used. It made a very nice skull shape and the candy came out beautiful. The only reason that this mold got 4 stars was that the mold feels flimsy. I was very concerned that it would break while my young children were handling it. When viewing the pictures keep in mind that these were made by a 6 and 9 year old and they added sprinkles and other decorations to them.You have to cut the brownies a little larger than normal to make this look like the picture, but boy were they a hit. I used icing and mini chocolate chips instead of crumb brownies on top and they turned out well and were a hit of the party. If your looking for something different, this is it. I would recommend it. easy to do if you buy the right melting chocolate. Go to Walmart and get their Choco maker chocolate (white) and you will do well.This is really hard to use with the sticks in it they don’t stay in. This is no fault of the seller it’s just the way it’s made.Absolutely adorable. Priced right. Used for my daughter's grad party who graduated as an xray tech. Kids loved it. Wish I had bought more than one at the time though. Chocolate hardens quickly in the refrigerator. Comes right out of the mold easily. Didn't mess up one piece.Used this mold with some white candy melts to make some adorable dirt cups! The molds are easy to use, didn't even have to brush them with vegetable shortening to get the chocolate out. If you're looking for a quick, fun, and effortless way to give your kids a bit of a fright in their favorite desserts, then I highly recommend using this product.This item arrived cracked, but I kept it anyway. Couldn't use it for what I had intended (Jell-O skeleton heads for my Halloween party), due to the crack. Not sure what I'll use it for in the future. I'm just glad I had also purchased a silicone skull head mold as backup.The finished product was exactly what I was hoping for and looked really great. The mold itself is a thin plastic and easy to break.i love these. i bought heart pick mold after i used these. after i melt the choc. i put it in the mold and put them in the freezer. i recommed buyin two because while you waiting for one is getting hard in the freezer you can be put more choc. on the other mold. i also just pilled the bats on a plate and kept them in the fridge til i was ready to serve the cupcakes.My chocolate wasn' t runny enough but nevertheless I got skeletons and if I don't win the Halloween bake off in the office I will put unshelled prawns in the air-conditioning and resign.This is good. It will make the bits for 2 skeletons, skull, torso and pelvis, leg bones, feet, arm bones and hands. I intend to decorate a chocolate cake covered in ganache with these. Cliché, I will call it Death by Chocolate. I don't eat chocolate or cake, but I do enjoy cooking._____________________________________________The winning cake, very, very rich and chocolatey.
