Transform any concrete patio or wooden deck floor using our Perforated Interlocking floor tiles, which feature a two-toned look! Each tile measures 12 in. x 12 in. x ½ in. thick and are made in the USA. These tiles are made from high-impact polypropylene making them rigid and durable. Therefore, they can support heavy loads such as large patio furniture, SUVs, large pickups, heavy tool chests, rolling lifts, and other large items. In addition, the high-impact polypropylene material is colorfast and features UV protection making the tiles resistant to fading and staining. The tiles feature a four loop-to-peg interlocking system that makes installation hassle-free. The tiles provide a non-slip texture and a comfortable walking surface. Beneath the drain tile, there is a grid structure that allows airflow and water to drain out. Once the tiles have been installed, keeping them clean is just as easy with just water and mild soap. The perforated tiles are the perfect finishing touch to any Deck Flooring, Garage Flooring, Home Workshop, Basement Flooring, Patio Flooring, and Sport Court when you are wanting to create an eye-catching area. Please understand that the colors represented on your monitor device may differ slightly from the actual tile. If you are uncertain of the color or construction of the tiles, please contact us at 1.877.595.2040 for a free sample.

The tiles don’t drain well the holes are too close together which holds the water between the cracks. I bought these for a outside dog kennel to help keep my dogs long hair from dragging in the pee. Because the tiles don’t drain away efficiently it’s not a huge benefit but has helped some to eliminate pee hair. The tile I really liked but wasn’t economical enough also was raised more which helps with drainage. They rinse well and stool surprisingly doesn’t stick as much as I feared it would being a textured surface. I don’t think they are super comfortable on bare feet but not uncomfortable to walk on. The edges although are extremely expensive and no matter what the size you put together based on the number of blocks you will undoubtedly have to order 2 orders of females and males to finish! I did a 7x7 area with tiles and ran 3 edges short on the tab side (1 order of female and 1 order of male edges) and 3 short on the non tab side. At $26 dollars a box each I find them extremely pricey to have to order a entire box of 14 pieces of male and female edges to finish my 7x7 area that was 3 short on both sides. Costing me a total of $104 to complete in just edges! Ugh! Extremely disappointed! be aware they do not supply enough edges to finish a project to a complete square without having to buy more. I regret I bought the edges but now I’m forced to buy more to finish. Wished the company at least supplied enough or offered the option to buy individual pieces to complete.EXCELLENT option for backyard patio. Our patio was old ceramic tile over concrete. The tile had stains that would never clean up and the surface always had dirt, leaves and other debris. We laid these down over the ceramic tile, with a finishing edge piece at the outside edge. The tiles snapped together very nicely and special cuts were done easily on my table saw.Since we have had the tiles down, the back patio always looks nice and clean. Occasionally we hose off the tiles and since they are perforated, the water drains out the bottom and follows the slope to the patio drain. Our patio gets full sun in late afternoon, so the tiles do heat up. In Texas, that is a data point you might want to remember. We solved that problem by putting up two huge retractable sun screen, which not only keep the tiles cooler, so you can walk on them, but also shades the back of the house and keeps the overhanding patio much cooler.I think these tiles are the most cost effective way to provide an upgrade surface to a patio or deck. I am evaluating using for my garage floor as well.We are moving soon and our deck has been looking rough with paint chipping off. We don't have the time or energy to repaint the deck. These tiles are so easy to install over the existing deck. We ordered one box to see how it looked first; the order for the rest of the tiles is going in today!!These tiles proved to be a near perfect solution to revitalizing an aging concrete garage floor. Nice looking, easy to install, and priced fairly. My wife and were able to install 450 sqft of these tiles in about a day - it's that easy.Got these for our patio, they are nice looking. I was able to easily cut with my jigsaw to size. Negative is the feel I like to and my son as well to walk in bare feet and it hurts like walking on shells almost. I wanted to get rubber tiles but they coast to much and these were over budget too, but had good reviews so we decided to try them. For look and easy install I would recommend them, but there are problems, like sand and dirt building up underneath them and of course the whole don’t walk on them with bare feet. We will use them for a month or so and test them, but they might get rip up because of the whole not being able to walk comfortably on it let alone kneel and play with kids on them.i had no trouble snapping these together at all. i did assemble individual rows upside down as suggested by other reviews, but i connected each row right-side-up in place. i just lined them up and walked over the seem. there were one or two tabs i had to stomp on, but that was no big deal.i'm using these for drainage between concrete and artificial turf and they work great. before installing them the turf would be sopping wet for hours after it rained. now they're dry to the touch in minutes if the sun is out. i'm actually ordering more for outside my back door to cut down on wet paws.I bought only 1 box so I just ordered another one. Very easy to put together and should you need to take apart easy to take apart as well. Looks great!!! They made our floors SOOO UGLY I needed something that was easy to clean, all weather and pretty and so far this worked beautifully I just have to see how this does against the weather out here...I live across the beach so there is sand and the winters are colder so if this could weather the beach area then it will definitely be perfect and worth the purchase!!!My favorite purchase ever. Have gone back to buy more boxes and even extra box to have in case. Love these. Used them to cover 20’ x 15’ nasty concrete uncovered front porch at home and a peeling paint 1905 wood covered 20 x 5 ‘ one in Annapolis house where peeling paint isn’t permitted by law. This settles that issue. Look fantastic. They do expand if uncovered porch so I had to actually take half a row out to allow expansion in the summer.
