I’m type II diabetic so snacks that I can keep at work and eat when I have low blood sugar are hard to find. Also, I have problems with oats and oat flour, which sets off my acid reflux. These appear to be low in oats and sugar so they work pretty well. Taste is a bit bland but that’s to be expected. I first found them at Stop & Shop but haven’t seen them on the shelves for several weeks so it’s great that Amz has them.
